PhilCap-Net is a non-stock non-profit organization that focuses on the delivery of training and other capacity building activities on sustainable water resources management, water supply and sanitation, and other water-related concerns to help improve water governance.
OUR VISION
The network of water sector professionals aims to be an efficient and effective tool for scaling up capacity development and concrete action on the ground, bringing local experiences to international attention and disseminating international best practices.
